CAN I CUSTOMIZE KINDRED + KEL BOXES?

Most definitely – custom orders are the best and our absolute favorite! Send us a quick message and we will reach out to you shortly. We can’t wait to work together to create a personal and totally customized gift!

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Due to the detailed nature and our high order volume, our current order processing time is 2-3 business days, not including transit time. For all gift box orders, we ship via USPS. The transit time depends on location proximity to the state of Kansas. 

WILL I ALWAYS RECEIVE EXACTLY WHAT IS PICTURED IN THE COLLECTION GIFTS?

Because of the handmade nature of many of our products, there will be times when Kindred + Kel will substitute these items with comparable products of equal or greater value should supply run short.

CAN I ADD A PERSONALIZED NOTE?

Yes, absolutely. Each box comes with a handwritten note to your recipient. When you check out, include your message in the box that says “Add a Note to Recipient” and we will take care of the rest!

I'M SENDING MY GIFT DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT. WILL A PACKING SLIP OR INVOICE BE INCLUDED?

Nope! Kindred + Kel does not include a packing slip or invoice of any kind in our shipping boxes.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the handmade nature of each gift box, Kindred + Kel does not offer returns. Any damage to the gift that may have occurred in transit must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Please contact us at hello@kindredandkel.com and we will do our very best to resolve the issue. Your business is important to us!
